When you submit an order over $75 (Australian Dollars) for delivery in Australia, you’ll receive FREE and fast delivery*! What’s more, if your product doesn’t fit or it’s not quite what you expected, don’t worry – with onsport.com.au product returns are FREE^ and EASY!
Goods purchased through onsport.com.au can be delivered to a P.O. Box. as well as business addresses (work address). It's a good idea to include your work address as your order delivery address if you're likely to be at work on weekdays when your Goods are to be delivered and if there's unlikely to be someone present to sign for the delivery.

Sprint! delivery
With Sprint! Delivery, unless extraordinary circumstances occur, onsport.com.au will dispatch your order within 1-3 business days after the date of your order. Some orders may be dispatched same day. Please allow 3-5 business days for all orders to be delivered within Australia. Orders to New Zealand will be delivered within 7-10 business days (unless another timeframe for delivery is stated in the product description).
a) Orders over A$75 to an Australian address
With Sprint! Delivery, when you spend more than A$75 (or the equivalent in other payment methods accepted by onsport.com.au) in a single order at onsport.com.au, you’ll receive FREE delivery to any address within Australia.
b) Orders equal to or under A$75 to an Australian address
When you spend A$75 or less (or the equivalent in other payment methods accepted by onsport.com.au) in a single order at onsport.com.au you’ll receive Sprint! Delivery for only $9 to any address within Australia.
We will contact you to advise the delivery options and costs if an exception applies to the standard shipping rates for an order of heavy or bulky products.
International (New Zealand only)
Orders for a delivery address outside of Australia are considered “international delivery” orders and neither Sprint! Delivery nor Bolt! Delivery listed above will apply.
At present onsport.com.au delivers to Australia and New Zealand only.
International Express delivery (3-5 business days) - $39.95 flat rate.
International Standard delivery (5-7 business days) - $19.95 flat rate.
General delivery information
Delivery timeframe exceptions for certain brands
Please allow 2-4 additional business days for delivery (in addition to the standard delivery timeframes) for orders of the following brands:
- KooGa
- ISC
- infiniti fitness
- The Fitness Generation
- Spartan and Spalding
- Classic Sportswear (NSW State of Origin)
- Canterbury
- Running Bare and Rival
Signature on delivery
To ensure your order has safely arrived at your nominated delivery address, we will require a signature upon delivery of your order to your nominated delivery address. You may nominate in the delivery instructions that the delivery driver leave your order at your door. If you do so, final receipt of your order is at your own risk. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for and take physical receipt of your order. If no one is available at your nominated delivery address when your order is delivered, a calling card notification will be left at the delivery address, advising that an attempt has been made to deliver your order. The delivery card will notify you which local post office your order has been dropped to for your collection. If you are going to be at work or away, don't forget we can easily deliver to business addresses where there may be someone to sign for your order.
Products out of stock
In the very unlikely event that any of the products you order run out of stock on the day you order them, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to advise you of the revised approximate delivery timeframes or alternatives to the product ordered. If this occurs, you may choose to wait the revised delivery time period or make other purchase arrangements and we will happily refund your purchase.
Other delivery terms and conditions
Risk in and title to the Goods you ordered from onsport.com.au passes to you upon delivery of the Goods or upon Australia Post leaving a calling card (if unable to be delivered) at your nominated Delivery Address.
onsport.com.au does not make Goods available for collection from onsport.com.au’s offices unless specified otherwise.
onsport.com.au will not accept responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect delivery name or delivery address details provided. onsport.com.au will not be responsible for incorrect delivery address details for your order entered by you.
Delivery address confirmation is given on the order summary within the checkout process on onsport.com.au. If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been submitted, please contact Customer Service immediately on 1300 351 461. onsport.com.au will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted and may have already been despatched or shipped. We will advise if this is the case and give you the contact number of Australia Post so that you can contact them to see if you can change the delivery address before your order is delivered.
