When you submit an order over $75 (Australian Dollars) for delivery in Australia, you’ll receive FREE and fast delivery*! What’s more, if your product doesn’t fit or it’s not quite what you expected, don’t worry – with onsport.com.au product returns are FREE^ and EASY!
Goods purchased through onsport.com.au can be delivered to a P.O. Box. as well as business addresses (work address). It's a good idea to include your work address as your order delivery address if you're likely to be at work on weekdays when your Goods are to be delivered and if there's unlikely to be someone present to sign for the delivery.
onsport.com.au aims to provide you with outstanding customer service and quality sporting products and experiences. As such, we offer you two delivery options to suit the delivery speed/price you require.

Within Australia
1. Sprint! delivery
With Sprint! Delivery onsport.com.au will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days after the date of your order. Some orders may be dispatched same or next day. Please allow 3-5 business days for all orders to be delivered within Australia. Orders to New Zealand will be delivered within 7-10 business days (unless another timeframe for delivery is stated in the product description).
a) Orders over A$75 to an Australian address
With Sprint! Delivery, when you spend more than A$75 (or the equivalent in other payment methods accepted by onsport.com.au) in a single order at onsport.com.au, you’ll receive FREE delivery to any address within Australia! Excludes products marked as “bulky or heavy items” – see below).
b) Orders equal to or under A$75 to an Australian address
When you spend A$75 or less (or the equivalent in other payment methods accepted by onsport.com.au) in a single order at onsport.com.au you’ll receive Sprint! Delivery for only $9 to any address within Australia (excludes products marked as heavy or bulky items – see below).
2. Bolt! delivery
If you’d like your order of brand new sporting products delivered to you even faster, simply select Bolt! Delivery.
if your order is submitted and received before 1pm, it should be delivered to you the next business day after the day your order is received (provided the delivery postcode is in the next day delivery service zone – see below)*.
If your order is submitted and received after 2pm or if your delivery postcode is outside the next day delivery service zone, it should arrive within 2 business days from the day your order is received*.
Please allow up to 5 business days for footwear purchases and see the brand listing above for special delivery times relating to those brands.
* In the event we are temporarily out of stock of a product you have ordered and we need to order it in, we'll contact you as soon as possible to notify you of this and refund the difference in shipping costs.

Bolt! Delivery is $14.95.
International (New Zealand only)
Orders for a delivery address outside of Australia are considered “international delivery” orders and neither Sprint! Delivery nor Bolt! Delivery listed above will apply.
At present onsport.com.au delivers to addresses in New Zealand only.
International Express delivery (3-5 business days) - $39.95 flat rate.
International Standard delivery (5-7 business days) - $19.95 flat rate.
General delivery information
Heavy or bulky items
Where an item is marked “heavy or bulky” in the product description page, neither free shipping nor any flat rate delivery fees listed above will apply. The fee for shipping heavy or bulky items will be calculated based on the total weight of your order, disclosed to you in the checkout process and included in your total order cost.
Signature on delivery
To ensure your order has safely arrived at your nominated delivery address, we require a signature upon delivery of your order to your nominated delivery address. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for and take physical receipt of your order. If no one is available at your nominated delivery address when your order is delivered, a calling card notification will be left at the delivery address, advising that an attempt has been made to deliver your order. The delivery card will notify you which local post office your order has been dropped to for your collection.
Products out of stock
In the very unlikely event that any of the products you order run out of stock on the day you order them, we will contact you within 1 business day to advise you of the revised approximate delivery timeframes. If this occurs, you may choose to wait the revised delivery time period or make other purchase arrangements and we will happily refund your purchase.
Other delivery terms and conditions
In the case of Goods purchased from a Wholesale Partner, onsport.com.au may not be involved with delivery arrangements and onsport.com.au takes no responsibility for those arrangements. Any delivery times quoted will represent our best estimate of delivery times only.
If a person is unavailable at your delivery address to sign for and collect your purchase, a calling card will be left for you to collect the Goods you ordered from the post office detailed on the Australia Post calling card.
Risk in and title to the Goods you ordered from onsport.com.au passes to you upon delivery of the Goods or upon Australia Post leaving a calling card (if unable to be delivered) at your nominated Delivery Address.
onsport.com.au does not make Goods or Experiences available for collection from onsport.com.au’s offices unless specified otherwise.
onsport.com.au will not accept responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect delivery name or delivery address details provided. onsport.com.au will not be responsible for incorrect delivery address details for your order entered by you.
Delivery address confirmation is given on the order summary within the checkout process on onsport.com.au. If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been submitted, please contact Customer Service immediately on 1300 351 461. onsport.com.au will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted and may have already been despatched or shipped. We will advise if this is the case and give you the contact number of Australia Post so that you can contact them to see if you can change the delivery address before your order is delivered.

Experiences
Unless stated otherwise in the experience description page, all experience orders are delivered electronically your email address nominated when creating your account with onsport.com.au.
If you order an experience through onsport.com.au, you will receive a confirmation email summarising the order. A subsequent email will provide you with further detailed information about the experience, covering subjects such as who to contact at the experience partner running the experience, directions and options for travelling to your experience, where to meet on the day of your experience and other key information.
If paper tickets are a requirement of the experience partner delivering the experience you purchase, these will subsequently be mailed to your default nominated delivery address when setting your account up.
