Their graduated compressive fit increases blood flow and contains your foot muscles to help increase your performance and reduce the time it takes for you to recover.
The socks are suitable for a wide range of activities, from running to fitness training, as well as endurance events such as triathlons. Muscle fatigue is prevented by reducing the amount of muscle oscillation occurring in the feet, as the material absorbs the shocks that would otherwise be absorbed by your muscles. This helps to reduce muscle soreness and the risk of injuries caused by overuse, such as shin splints.
