Use a secure web browser

When you enter a secure page where you are sharing your financial or other personal details, look for an "s" after the "http" (https://) in the web address. You should also look for a padlock symbol in the right hand corner which is used in most popular internet browsers to represent a secure page containing encryption/an approved digital certificate.
