Delivery Policy

Our warehouse and operations are proudly Australian-based in St Peters NSW (just down the road from Sydney airport) and Regent's Park NSW, allowing us to dispatch and deliver your orders in a timely and reliable fashion.

When you submit an order over $99 (Australian Dollars) for delivery in Australia, you’ll receive FREE delivery*! Express delivery is available at an additional charge.

Most clothing, footwear and accessories can be delivered to a P.O. Box. as well as business addresses (work address). It's a good idea to include your work address as your nominated delivery address if you're likely to be at work on weekdays when your order is likely to be delivered and if there's no one present at your home during the day to sign for your delivery.

N.B. If you order multiple products within an order, some products may be shipped separately from our suppliers and therefore arrive in separate deliveries on different days.

Delivery - In Australia

Standard delivery

We typically dispatch orders within 1-5 business days after order date.

For non-metro regions within Australia, especially locations offshore from mainland Australia, these delivery timeframes may be substantially longer due to limited delivery services in your area. Please note that we send orders to remote areas via domestic eParcel and not Express Post.

a) Orders over A$99 to an Australian address

With Standard delivery, when you spend more than A$99 (or the equivalent in other payment methods accepted by in a single order at, you’ll receive FREE delivery to any address within Australia.

b) Orders equal to or under A$99 to an Australian address

When you spend A$99 or less (or the equivalent in other payment methods accepted by in a single order at you’ll receive Standard delivery for only $10 to any address within Australia.

We will contact you to advise your delivery options and costs if an exception applies to the standard shipping rates for an order of heavy or bulky products. Heavy or bulky items such as exercise equipment will be shipped within inland Australia only - we will not ship heavy or bulky items to Australian-owned islands/external territories.

Delivery timeframe exceptions for certain brands

Please allow 1-3 additional business days for delivery (in addition to the Standard delivery timeframes above) for orders of the following brands:

  • ISC, XBlades, Playcorp

  • Camelbak

  • Altra

  • Mizuno

  • Goalrilla (Drop shipped)

  • 2XU

  • Garmin
  • Sports Nutrition: GU Energy, Endura, Nuun

General delivery information

Signature on delivery

To ensure your order has safely arrived at your nominated delivery address, we will require a signature upon delivery of your order to your nominated delivery address. You may nominate in the delivery instructions field when checking out that the delivery driver leave your order at a specific location around your delivery address. If you provide instructions or authority to leave your order at your nominated delivery location, final receipt of your order is at your own risk. The safest option is to ensure someone you know and trust is available at your delivery address to sign for and take physical receipt of your order, or, if you are likely to be at work, nominate your workplace as the delivery address. If no one is available at your nominated delivery address when your order is delivered, a calling card notification may be left at the delivery address, advising that an attempt has been made to deliver your order. The delivery card will notify you as to the location your order is available for collection (typically your nearest post office). If you are going to be at work or away and you nominate your home as the delivery address, don't forget we can easily deliver to business addresses where there may be someone to sign for your order.

Products out of stock

In the very unlikely event that any of the products you order run out of stock on the day you order them, we will contact you within 3 business days to advise you of the revised approximate delivery timeframes or alternatives to the product ordered. If this occurs, you may choose to wait the revised delivery time period or make other purchase arrangements and we will happily refund your purchase. Our friendly customer service staff will keep you up to date on the estimated dispatch timeframes in the event we temporarily run out of stock of a product in your order.

Other delivery terms and conditions

Risk in and title to the Goods you order from passes to you upon delivery of the Goods to your nominated delivery address, or upon the Goods being left at your nominated Delivery Address if you have provided special delivery instruction with authority to leave the Goods at your Delivery Address, if no one is available to sign and collect the Goods at the time delivery is being attempted. does not make Goods available for collection from’s offices unless specified otherwise. will not accept responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect delivery name or delivery address details provided. will not be responsible for incorrect delivery address details for your order entered by you.

Please check your delivery address before submitting your order. If your delivery address is incorrect and we are unable to deliver your order to you successfully, your parcel will be returned to sender (to us) and you will be charged a re-delivery fee of $9 to ship your order out to your revised delivery address. We will contact you to confirm your correct delivery address and to take payment (via PayPal) for the re-delivery fee.

Delivery address confirmation is given on the order summary within the checkout process on If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been submitted, please contact Customer Service immediately on Live Chat from 9am-5pm AEST Mon-Fri. will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted and may have already been despatched or shipped. We will advise if this is the case and give you the contact number of Australia Post so that you can contact them to see if you can change the delivery address before your order is delivered.
