Everlast have cut it long to ensure that as you train you will remain covered, be that bending to do a squat, riding the spin bike or pushing weights. Inside is an internal shelf bra. In research women said they need to offer some support of there is no point having them so we added a three position adjustable strap to allow you to find the right fit for you.
