Tailored to the anatomical differences of a woman's foot, all women's Altra running shoes, including the Lone Peak 8, boast high durability in their outsoles and robust underfoot protection, thanks to an integrated rock plate.
The Lone Peak 8 design significantly reduces the risk of rubbing and blisters by enabling the feet to spread more naturally than in conventional trail running shoes. The FootShape™ toe box, a key feature of the Altra brand, ensures a natural foot shape. Additionally, the Balanced Cushioning™ platform (formerly known as Zero Drop) maintains a zero mm heel-to-forefoot drop, enhancing posture, running form, and reducing joint impact by promoting a midfoot landing while providing sufficient cushioning.
