Tech Details
Increased sole thickness by 2mm
By increasing the thickness of the "MIZUNO ENERZY" sole by 2mm, the amount of material installed has been increased by 17%, resulting in the highest flexibility and resilience in the series history, supporting runners with a smoother running feel.
Shape of MIZUNO WAVE
The previous wave plate was rolled up only on the inside to provide stability, but RIDER 26 is rolled up on the outside as well to provide more stability.
Upper Material
Changed to breathable, soft air mesh. Helps keep feet comfortable. In addition, the gusset tongue construction, which was also featured in the previous model, is now a one-piece mesh with no stitching, providing a comfortable, stress-free fit. Upper Material
Flex Grooves in outsole
By connecting the rubber of the outsole, excessive flexing is reduced to support smooth weight transfer. Forefoot and medial side of the heel, micro-foamed rubber is adopted, pursuing softness and lightweight.
